• Strong business analysis ability and retail knowledge, key performance indicators, inventory management and forecasting.
• Prepare and review budget plans and cost control.
• Identify business opportunities through analysis, market research, sales performance and trends.
• Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards
• Provide training to frontline staff, recruiting the most qualified applicants and evaluate sales performance to build up productive sales team and achieve company goals
• Monitor and achieve store performance and profitability with relevant KPIs
• Manage shop daily operations such as security, establish roster and stock management
• Report to the management for daily operation, sales reports and point out operational issues
• Execute company policies and provide qualitative feedback to head office
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management
職位要求
• Minimum 3-5 years experience of retail sales and operations in Macau, at least 2 years experience at Supervisor/Management level
• Experienced in beauty and luxury retail would be an advantage
• Critical thinking and excellent presentation skills
• A high sensitivity in retail market
• Good problem-solving, leadership skills, responsibility and reliable
• Excellent command of Cantonese and fluent English
